METHOD FOR ASSEMBLY THE GRILL AND THE GRILL
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the assembly of a venetian blind, and in particular to the attachment of a venetian blind lower strip to the ropes and slats of a venetian blind lower.
BACKGROUND The venetian blind consists of a top housing which is attached to the upper edge of a window opening, door or other opening, from which downward stepladder ropes and lifting ropes exit.
Venetian blinds are supported by transverse yarns of the step cords and the lifting cords pass through the slats. The lifting ropes are attached to a lower strip which pulls with its weight to the desired length of the blind. The maximum length of the blinds is determined by the strings when the blind is lowered to its full length. When lifting and adjusting the blind, its length (height) is determined by the lifting ropes. The lifting ropes can be used to pull the blind 15 up to the top of the opening or other suitable height and the step ropes adjust the angle of the blinds to the horizontal. In addition, the blind may include adjusting devices and the like, and other accessories and accessories.
In the present method of attachment, the lower strip is mounted in the semi-finished slatted blind formed by the upper casing and the rails on the step ropes by threading the lower side sideways between the steps formed by the transverse strands of the step strings.
The sub-list will be below the louvre on the lowest step. My lift is secured by threading it through the hole in the bottom strap and making a knot at the end of the string. The node defines the height and slope of the blind. In all lifting ropes, the knot must be in exactly the same plane in order for the curtain lower to be horizontal. The clamping can be done neatly by threading the ends of the step ropes from the hole in the lower strip into the lower strip and inserting into the lifting string before making the knot a pin that closes the hole in the lower strip neatly. This will keep the ends of the ropes inside the lower strip.
The current fastening mechanism has been in use for a long time. The current fastening mechanism is slow in assembly time and requires a great deal of precision and skill from the worker. Netting and slinging must be carried out in a tight space.
It takes a very long time to train a new employee for that phase of work.

DEFINITIONS As used herein, the term "rivet" means a fastening member which forms a clamping connection with the strings attached thereto.
By flexible form-locked fastening is meant a joint in which at least one part of the joint changes its shape upon joining the parts and returns to the position where it holds the parts together after joining the parts. This is the case, for example, with a nail joint.
EXAMPLES The present invention relates to an assembly of venetian blinds. Various types of venetian blinds are commonly used and generally simple in structure, but they must be precisely manufactured and assembled in order to function well and reliably in the long term. The parts must be dimensioned and installed accurately, since the blind has several parts which must be reliably positioned in the various operating positions of the blind. One critical point is the perpendicularity of the blind's lower panel to the length / height of the blind. The maximum length of the blind is determined by the length of the strings. These must be exactly the same length so that the lower runner rests on the ropes in a horizontal position and the blind works properly when lowering and lifting. Embodiments of the present invention make it possible to make a step connection between ropes and lifting ropes at exactly the same length and for all ropes at the same point, i.e. with the same length of ropes. In this case, the lower trim and the slats are horizontally suspended from the upper housing and remain horizontal when adjusting the position of the blinds and the length of the blind. Applying various embodiments of the invention, the installation becomes easy and confidently reproducible, which increases the manufacturing certainty and eliminates the possibility of errors.
Figure 1 generally shows one of the venetian blinds according to the invention. the casing of the blind can be regarded as an upper casing 1, by means of which the blind is fixed to a window opening or the like. Adjustment wires and cords also pass through the top housing 1 to change the position of the blind and the slats 3. The strings 2 from the top box 1 are formed by two parallel spaced vertical strings 8 and their connecting strands 9. The length of the strands 9 is chosen such that the distance between the strands corresponds to the width of the slats 3 and the distance between the strands 9 is slightly adjusted. so that there is no light-transmitting gap between them. The slats 3 are mounted on the step wires and the slats have a slit aperture 12 at the step ropes 2. The lifting ropes 10 used to adjust the length of the slatted blind pass through the openings of these slats and are usually located at each step. There are at least two strings of rope and lifting ropes, but the more the wider the blind, the more ropes are always needed. Below the lowest slat 5 there is a clamp 6 and a sleeve 7 with a lower strip 4 between them. The lower strip 4 remains between the clamp 6 and the sleeve 7 and engages therewith the step cord 2 and the lift cord 10.
FIG. 2 illustrates a device for assembling a blind. The device has a frame 13 consisting of a stand 22 and a vertical frame 23. The vertical frame 23 is fitted with a transverse horizontal gauge 17 and a vertical lifting guide 14 fitted with a vertically movable transverse lifting boom 15. The lifting boom 15 has There are at least two lifting boom hooks for adjusting the top housing to a horizontal position, preferably a plurality of lifting boom hooks and adjusting their position to the width of the laterally manufactured blind. The lifting boom 15 and the measuring boom 17 are parallel. The gauge bar 17 has a guide on which to pass the gauge device 18. The stapling device 18 is movable laterally along the gauge bar. For positioning and adjusting the lifting boom 14, the device has a counter 19 connected to the gauge boom and an electric motor 23 attached to the vertical frame 23. The counter 19 and the electric motor allow the boom 15 to be set to the desired height relative to the gauge 17 by moving the lifting guide 14. For moving the lifting boom, pedestal 20 is provided on pedestal 22. The actuators and gauges used are conventional machine-building devices and one of ordinary skill in the art can implement the device structure and functions in various ways using the available machine-building members.
The device shown in FIGS. 2-5 is hereinafter referred to as a Venetian blind lift. The operation of the Venetian blind lift is as follows:
In FIG. 2, the inference elevator is in its basic position. The elevator lifting boom 15 is down and the measuring device 18 is on the right side of the measuring boom 17. The semi-finished venetian blind, i.e. the venetian blind blank, is placed on its top housing 1 on the lift boom hooks 16 on the elevator boom 15 and the elevator counter 19 is fed with the desired height of the finished venetian blind either manually from the touch screen or by reading the barcode By depressing the pedal 20, the lift boom 15 of the elevator rises to the height specified by the reading entered in counter 19 (FIG. 3).
The riveting device 18 is moved along the gauge boom 17 to the slats 2, 10 of the slatted blind (FIG. 4) and the lifting rope 10 and the vertical rope 8 of the step rope are riveted together by a metal rivet 11. This step is performed for all the blind lines. The measuring device 18 is then moved back to the right end of the measuring boom 17. My lift 10 and the strings 8 of the strap 2 are cut under the metal rivet 11 if they are so long that they are interfering. Finally, the lower blind 4 of the venetian blind is installed. The rivet 11 in this example is a metal wire that wraps around the lifting rope 10 and the upright rope 8 and clamps the ropes together to provide a rigid connection at the rivet 11. Such a yarn rope is advantageous and fits into the small space in the plinth 4. The rope may also be replaced by another compression rivet. An alternative method of measurement could be polymer thread with a sealable slot for receiving the yarns and a pressed lock to close and hold the slot. The corresponding rivet could also be made of metal. For example, a U-profile rivet with grab teeth on the web portion is available. The rivet is secured by squeezing the U-arms on the web portion. However, it should be noted that such solutions may require special tools to reliably handle the rivets.
The lifting straps 10 and the strings 8 of the step rope are fastened to the bracket of the lower strip 4, which consists of a bracket 6 and a sleeve 7. These parts are shown in more detail in FIGS. 6-9.
The fastener 6 has a body portion 24 having a central axis and a through hole extending in the direction of the center axis, and a groove 26 extending from the outer surface of the body portion to body 1. The first portion has a first end and a second end. at each end there are connecting means for securing the lower strip 4 of the blind. The flanges 27 extend symmetrically to the sides of the body 24 and form therewith a T-shaped body in which the ends of the flanges 29 fold in the same direction as the body 24. The purpose of the flanges and the folds is to keep the fastener straight, prevent the bottom rail from slanting and keep the fastener in position with respect to the bottom rail. The folds 29 extend to the center of the edge of the lower panel so that they do not prevent the lower panel from being rotated when adjusting the position of the blind. At the center of the folds are string cords 37 for the vertical cords 8 of the strings. At one end, the groove 26 extends only through the through hole 25. At the other end, the groove 26 transversely crosses the body portion 24. The groove 26 extends across the body portion along its length to the flanges 27. In addition, at one end of the body part there is a second transverse groove 28 in the longitudinal direction of the body part 24 which forms a cross at one end of the body part 24. A short distance from one end of the frame member is a transverse annular groove 30 which forms locking cams 31 at the other end of the cross with the claws 32.
At the other end of the fastener 6, the pins 32 and the locking cams form locking members which engage the sleeve 7. The sleeve has locking means complementary to the other end of the fastener to form a flexible shape-locked fastening. In this example, the resilient members are the pins 32 and the sleeve 7 is positioned between the flange 27 side of the annular groove 30 and the locking cams 31. The sleeve 7 comprises a camping member 33 and a base 34 having a larger outer dimension. Here, the base 34 is circular. In the center of the sleeve 7 is a sleeve hole 35, which is sized to fit in the annular groove 30 but is smaller than the diameter of the fastener body part 24. The cylindrical portion 33 of the sleeve 6 has at least one, in this example, two locking teeth 36 for engaging the lower strip. There may be several teeth or alternatively a ring or other suitable shape may be used. Bottom strip 4 has a hole in the bottom strip for each step cord. The sleeve head 34 and the cylindrical part 33 extending therefrom, the sleeve body dimensioned so that the head 34 is larger in size than the hole in the lower strip and the cylindrical part is inserted into the hole in the lower strip 4.
The locking of the ropes 8, 10 secured to each other by a rivet 11 to the lower slat 5 and lower strip of the slatted blind is shown in FIGS. 11a and 12. The lower slat 5 is placed against the lower strap cross member 9 and the clamp 6 against the lower slat 5. The upright rope ropes 8 enter the rope grooves 37 of the flaps 27 of the flaps 27 and the lift 10 is inserted into the groove 26 of the body 24 of the fastener 6 and pivots transversely in the groove so that the rivet 11 is on the side of the body 24. The attachment point of the rivet 11 is dimensioned such that there is no unnecessary play between the lower cross-string 9 and the lower cross-section, but the lower cross-section need not be tightly pressed against the cross-string 9.
The sleeve 7 may be preassembled in the hole of the lower strip 4. Bottom strip 4 has a U-shaped profile and is open on one long side opposite to the hole. When the bottom strip is secured, the flanges 27 of the fastener body part are against the top surface of the bottom strip 4 and the folds 29 extend to the sides of the strip, the folds position laterally to the bottom strip of the fastener 6. The fastener body portion 24 enters into the lower trim and the tabs are pressed into the sleeve 7, whereby the lower trim 4 engages under the lower slat. Fastening is easy, since it is only necessary to fit the riveted strings into the grooves of the fastener and press the fastener onto the sleeve 7. The lower slats 5 cover the open groove of the lower strip and complete the appearance of the blind in this regard. The sleeve 7 can be left off and the fastener is connected directly to the hole in the lower strip. However, in this case, the strength of the material of the lower strip must be taken into account. The sleeve 7 strengthens the attachment point.
INDUSTRIAL USEFUL The invention can be applied to the manufacture of blinds.
